Refund policy

RETURNS

We hope you will be delighted with your purchases. However, if not, items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, for a full refund or exchange (subject to availability). The item must be returned unused and in the same condition it left our dispatch including any tags or boxes which came with the item. Buyers are responsible for paying any postage costs of the returned item unless the item is not as described.

HOW TO RETURN

1. Please contact us by emailing info@oleo.ie within 48 hours of receiving your order, giving your reason for return and stating the invoice number found on the invoice, confirmation or dispatch email.

2. We advise that you should return the item(s) by registered post or similar which will allow you to track the item(s).

Oleo.ie is not responsible for any returns lost or damaged in the post. Oleo.ie will not accept returns outside 14 days of receipt or items that have been used unless the item is faulty. These items will be returned to the purchaser at their own cost.
